EIrwin Web Development based in Totnes South Devon, started designing/developing in the autumn of 2010. We were founded by Elliot Irwin (EIrwin) who is currently the only designer/developer/programmer.
He is a student at Staffordshire University studying Web Programming BSc(Hons) and web development is a hobby and passion, as well as his future career.
